Context Cards
- Rebuilt the Stroke context card around guided HPI and assessment imports, including last known well, reported deficits, symptom changes, current deficits, primary assessment, baseline comparison, and secondary exam details.
- Updated Stroke assessment imports so Primary Assessment, Baseline Comparison, and Secondary Exam populate the actual builder fields instead of separate context-only notes.
- Rebuilt the STEMI / Chest Pain context card as an HPI-only guided chest pain story builder with onset, location, quality, radiation, severity, modifiers, associated symptoms, pertinent negatives, and cardiac history.
- Updated the STEMI / Chest Pain card so associated symptoms and pertinent negatives import into the builder's Signs / Symptoms and Pertinent Negatives fields.
- Rebuilt the Behavioral context card as an HPI-only guided story builder for call reason, reported behavior, scene presentation, safety concerns, patient statements, cooperation, stressors, substance concern, law enforcement context, and de-escalation context.
- Rebuilt the OB Emergency context card as an HPI-only guided story builder for gestational age, pregnancy complaint, onset, pain details, bleeding, fluid leakage, contractions, fetal movement, delivery urge, high-risk factors, OB history, and prenatal care.
- Removed unused Sepsis, Overdose, Pediatric Critical, and Hazmat context cards from the current context-card lineup.
